IFS Scholarships

We are proud to offer the Kawaja-Mason Core Values Scholarship to dependents or grandchildren of IFS Coatings Employees!

Planning for the future is important, and we want to recognize students who exemplify IFS core values and help them work towards future success.

With this in mind we have created the annual Kawaja-Mason Scholarship.

The Kawaja Mason Core Values Scholarship is for the dependents or grandchildren of IFS employees, who are planning to enroll in further education.

What does it take to be awarded the Kawaja Mason Core Values Scholarship?

We want our scholarships to go to people who embody our core values of integrity, excellence, adaptability, accountability, and passion. For that reason, scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal. Financial need is not considered.

We have teamed up with Scholarship America, who manage the Kawaja-Mason Core Values Scholarship on behalf of IFS Coatings. They will review submissions and make all final decisions.

Scholarships are awarded annually, so each year, there is something to work for. if you are not awarded a scholarship this year, as long as the applicant meets the eligibility requirements, they can apply next year!

Powder Coating Institute (PCI) Scholarship

PCI recognizes the need to bring bright, young talent into the powder coating industry. What better way than to offer support to students to make it happen. PCI designates funds for the sole purpose of providing scholarship awards to students who are pursuing studies in fields related to powder coating. In addition to the PCI General Scholarship, there are additional corporate named scholarships available, and IFS Coatings is proud to be a title sponsor. 

The PCI accepts applications for the PCI Scholarship Program at www.powdercoating.org/scholarshipapp where the qualifications, requirements and online application can be found . Members of the PCI Scholarship Subcommittee review the applications and award scholarships based on the criteria established by the PCI Board of Directors.
