SOAR Graduate Program

Our graduate program is designed for competitive, enthusiastic graduates who want to work with people both inside and out of the company. It will allow you to spend quality time in key IFS departments and go beyond the basics, working on real customer projects. You’ll get a complete overview of the business, including traveling across the USA with our technical sales executives.

IFS SOAR Graduate Program

Over the year long program, you’ll spend quality time learning about our products, working on everything from product formulation and color matching to production and QC. You’ll travel with our technical sales professionals, meeting our customers, understanding their needs and expectations and experience the thrill of nailing a new account. You’ll be a big part of the IFS teams working on live products and issues, and together with our experts, you’ll be solving client issues and promoting IFS solutions. Your work will impact our customers. The IFS SOAR Graduate Program gives you the chance to explore our business while applying the skills, abilities and knowledge you have developed. This 12-month program will see you working side by side with our industry professionals and offers the chance for some travel in the USA as well as the opportunity for full time employment at IFS Coatings on completion.
