Workhorse ThermoplasticThe workhorse thermoplastic. Great adhesion, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. The go-to for outdoor furniture, fencing, wire goods, refrigerator racking, battery boxes, and cell tower cable clips.

PuroPlaz PE21
Low Friction · High LubricitySame core performance as PE20 with a much lower surface energy that improves scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and lubricity. Ideal for helmet face masks, low-friction slide rails, and office furniture bases.

Hardness + FlexibilityThe highest combination of hardness and flexibility available today. Now the standard for fuse-bonded fence wire. Common in woven fence wire, undercarriages, wheel wells, and automotive under-hood applications.

Low Gloss · UndergroundOne of the only low-gloss thermoplastic products available. Extremely tough surface with high lubricity and exceptional scratch resistance, designed to slide through rocks, roots, and clay. Underground jacking screws, trailer bed-liners, tool box liners and wheel wells.

Nylon, Ultra SmoothA nylon-based thermoplastic powder that is tough yet extremely smooth. The preferred coating for dishwasher baskets and food-contact applications where surface smoothness and chemical resistance are critical.

From outdoor furniture to NFL helmets, PuroPlaz thermoplastic delivers performance and style. It is tough, elastic, and built for the long haul. Proven in the Field, 100 Tons of Rock Salt. Three Seasons. No Significant Damage. Fox Valley Sandblasting coated a Chicago city rock salt loading chute with PuroPlaz PE20 at over 25 mils. After three brutal seasons, the coating held. The elasticity that lets PuroPlaz absorb impact is exactly what defeated salt abrasion where every other coating would have failed. "We were so impressed with how well the PuroPlaz powder has stood up to such a harsh environment and severe usage conditions," said Mike Schwebke, Fox Valley Sandblasting.
