IFS Puroplaz is the world-class, tough, hardworking, and extremely resistant thermoplastic powder coating product line from IFS Coatings. IFS Puroplaz thermoplastic powder coatings have been carefully formulated to be suited to all application methods, including electrostatic spray and fluidized bed, and deliver outstanding mechanical, chemical, and weathering performance. IFS Puroplaz powders are also available in a wide range of standard and specialty colors.

Puroplaz® Product Range
Puroplaz® PE20
This is our workhorse thermoplastic, and a great starting point to match up application requirements with coating attributes. Common applications are: outdoor furniture, fencing, wire goods, refrigerator racking, battery boxes, cell tower cable clips.
Puroplaz® PE21
This has the same performance as PE20, but with a much lower surface energy that improves the scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and lubricity of the coating. Common application include: helmet face masks, low friction slide rails, office furniture bases.
Puroplaz® PE15
One of the only low glass thermoplastic products. In combination with an extremely tough surface and high lubricity, it has very high scratch resistance and the ability to slide around rocks, roots and clay when used underground. Applications include: underground jacking screws, trailer bed-liners, tool box tray liners, wheel wells.
Puroplaz® PE20 Texture
A highly aesthetic, very good looking coating that provides scratch and mar resistance. Common application are park furniture, site amenities, trailers.
Puroplaz® PE16
Flexibility and hardness are usually increased at the expense of the other. This coating has the highest combination of hardness and flexibility we have seen yet. It is now the standard of the Fuse bonded fence wire market. Common applications are woven fence wire, undercarriages, wheel wells, automotive under the hood.
